Your Only New Year's Goal

<p>Goodbye 2020, and hello 2021!<br/><br/>In my last episode, we talked about celebrating our 2020 wins, even if they didn’t look the way we had hoped they would back in January. This time, I want us all to look to the future, and think about how to build upon our 2020 experience. <br/><br/>If you’re like me, 2020 came with its fair share of struggles and difficulties, but mostly, it came with opportunities for growth. In this episode, I discuss the one overarching goal you should keep in mind for the New Year. The nitty-gritty of your business goals are always helpful to think about, but will only get us so far. I talk about how the focus on the one big goal will help you to think bigger and step into the next version of yourself.<br/><br/>Of course, as women, we tend to dim our own light to make others, and ourselves, more comfortable.
