Your New Life Will Cost You Your Old One

<p>Creating a new, authentically fulfilled life means that you’ll have to let go of your old one. This week, Hallie and I unpack that concept, which can be a scary one that threatens our identity and makes our ego and psyche want to do backflips. We explore the idea that the most profound spiritual moments are found in the ordinary and day-to-day experiences of life, not just in extreme or outlier events. In order to grow spiritually, you must be willing to let go of your old life. This can be a difficult process but ultimately leads to a more authentic and fulfilling life where you aren’t run by your mind at every turn.
