Your Best Life Plan Should Include Planning Against Jobs That Will Die in the Next 10 Years!

In the first episode we looked at programming our day. In the second episode we looked at programming our dreams… and in this episode I’m looking at why the work of programming will become important, when we look at the traditional jobs that have been open to Black workers, that will disappear in the next 10 years.  And what this means… is that without planning for how we are going to meet these changes in the jobs market, our people will yet again be left behind.   </p> <p>Against this backdrop, I talk about why it’s important to set up side hustles and encouraging our children to do the same – and in next week’s episode, I talk about the new jobs that are coming online, and I why some of the side hus
