He developed the <strong>Young Guns</strong> program at VIP Mortgage to help create opportunities for “kids” to become loan officers without the pain of starting off with zero income. When he moved to Anthem in the early development years, he recognized the struggle of families and children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses and his nonprofit, We Care Anthem, was founded.
