You who are Weary... don't stay downcast

If you find yourself in a space where it takes a lot to get up and live through the day, if you feel discouraged and almost out of hope or energy. . And/or overwhelmed by what lies ahead of you, i encourage you to cling to the help we have in Christ. Deliberately counter and shift your focus to inspiration, to what will secure your heart in peace and strengthen you. Don't go with the melody of the sad song, connect to the frequency that propels you.
