Join BCfm Radio's Pat Hart discussing the upcoming referendum with Panellists Emma, Harvey Stephen Williams, Cllr Marley Barrett and Carla Denyer with community members, local councillors and organisations asking questions. Thom Oliver from Bristol Civic Leadership Project started the event with an introduction to the referendum and gave the audience a bit of context and background to the vote and what the options are.
