You can't out work insecurities

Do you have insecurities you just hate about yourself? Are there things about your body you just wish were never there? Do you ever compare your body to others and think "I wish I looked like that or had her butt, legs, arms, tummy, etc". You can drastically transform your body overnight, but those insecurities will always stay until you begin being honest with yourself and work on them. These things that we tell ourselves in our head define how we act in this life. The insecurities you might have might be effecting the way you are in life and the confidence you have about yourself.
