<p>You can solve almost ALL conflict in less than ten mins.! I know that &nbsp;might be hard to believe, but it is true. Most of us want to be heard &nbsp;and want to tell our side of the story. When in reality, the way we &nbsp;FEEL&nbsp;&nbsp;and our EMOTIONS have more to do with conflict solving than any of &nbsp;the stories we are telling.
