Sadly, this adventurous wild weed seems, whimsical, fun, harmless and sometimes even justified but this too is a ravenous thief. The YOLO mantra is indeed a disastrous, dangerous patch of weeds in our growth garden and can be the very thing choking out your potential to LIVE in the now, be fruitful in your future efforts, endeavors and interaction, healing and having a hopeful future! Sometimes WE are cultivating the weeds that get in the way! We plant poisonous seeds and water them with our fears, irresponsibility and our insecurities!! We have to check our own minds and motives, constantly! Our own unhappiness, lack of emotional intelligence and unhealed wounds OFTEN causes us to lose far more than we gain. The negative YOLO mindset often causes us to lack good judgement AND faith, missing opportunities, hurting ourselves (and others) in the process, when help is truly available!! Sooooo….here’s the GOOD NEWS...with constant honesty, introspection and correcting our OWN mindsets and self defeating behaviors (allowing ourselves t o HEAL AND GROW), we can align with our true values and reach our desired outcomes. The pruning project will produce and provide the place for exponential growth if that is our desire!! Let’s choose to bloom beautifully, shall we?
