Yoga in a pub in North Tipp

Nora Shanahan has started running yoga classes in a rather unusual location - the pub. She is running classes at Ryan Ned's bar in Drombane and they are proving to be a big hit. Nora joined Fran to talk about the benefits of yoga, how she started out teaching it and what gave her the idea to bring the classes to a local pub.
