WV MS and HS Athletes Come Back July 6th? Should They?

The NFL, NBA, and MLB haven't finalized anything yet. The NCAA just announced that they are allowing voluntary workouts beginning on June 1st. Yet, if WV schools are going to be ready to open then middle schoolers and high schoolers will start their 3-week summer practice period in most counties on July 6th-25th. Are you ready for that?
