<p>Christopher Pellegrini is the founder of Honkaku spirits, an artisanal Japanese spirits company. He has been making alcohol since he was a teen brewing beer at a local distillery where he grew up in Vermont. </p><p>After moving to Tokyo he discovered Shochu and Awamori.
