Words Do Hurt and Actions Speak Louder than Words

Has someone said something that hurt your feelings and rubbed you the wrong way? Have their actions caused you to second guess? They talk a good game, say they love you, and all this extra fluff but the words that come out their mouth and their actions aren't measuring up. Have you been there? How did it make you feel? Well, the good news is that we have choices and we do not have to condone their behavior...we can speak up and let them know how they made us feel. They can either choose to accept it and work on their behavior or we can cut our losses and choose to leave and love them from a balcony. Even though the person may be our spouse, BF/GF, family member, or friend that does not mean we have to tolerate their shenanigans especially if it makes us feel emotional grief or less than.
