<p>Did you know that in 1945, women comprised 36% of the civilian work force? Did you know that only 5% of pilots in the world today are women?</p> <p>In April, we're talking all about women in aviation, with a month of themed content and interviews with some incredible ladies. For this month of content, I'm joined by cohost Hannah Buttacavoli, a good friend from Yankee Air Museum. She gives a general overview of the history and importance of Women in Aviation in the first episode, followed by two exclusive interviews.
