She founded Black Therapists Ireland in 2020 with the aim of promoting mental health and wellbeing amongst black people and people of colour who live in Ireland. Ejiro talked to us about the need for visible representation of black people and people of colour in the therapy space, on leading with love and why white people are essential allies in fighting racism.
