Winter Storm Warning & Snow Ends; Cloudy & Cold Today, Tonight & Tomorrow; Warmer This Weekend & Next Week

<p>WINTER STORM WARNING AND SNOW ENDING A quick moving winter storm system dumped 4” to 8” snow across the Tri-state area will leave behind it very cold temps for today and tonight.   Today’s temps will only be in the teens with cloudy skies.  Tonight, clouds decrease, and lows drop into the low single digits.  Tomorrow remains cold with morning wind chills below zero and afternoon temps rebound into the upper 20’s to low 30’s.  Over the weekend high-pressure and westerly down-sloping winds bring more seasonal temperature readings into the 50’s with snow on the ground holding back the warm-up a bit.  Monday a back door cool front drops temps into the lower 50’s for a day. </p>
