<p>WIND CHILL ADVISORY THIS MORNING behind a winter storm moving through the upper Midwest.  Daytime temps will only be in the teens with lows 0-5 below and wind chills 5-15 below zero. Clearing skies this afternoon and tonight and continued cold with lows around zero and wind chill starting tomorrow morning again 5-15 below.  Tomorrow and Saturday temps will begin to moderate into mid-30’s and 40’s for highs and lows in the teens with flow returning from the west and northwest.   A quick moving upper-level trough and cool front will skirt the area on Sunday slightly cooling temps to around 40, while ridging and northwest flow returns Monday warming temps back to around 50-degrees.   </p>
