Will Frontierland as We Know it Disappear from Walt Disney World?

<p>Will Frontierland disappear forever at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom? Mickey’s Toontown Pushes Back Opening Date at Disneyland Park<br></strong><br></p><p>If you were counting down the days until March 8 for the opening of the all-new Mickey's ToonTown at Disneyland, you'll have to count a little longer. <em>According to Disney, the </em>heavy winter rain storms affecting parts of California have impacted their construction timelines, setting them back. As a result Disney has pushed back reopening date of Mickey’s Toontown to March 19, 2023. </p><p><br>This will most affect guests who have vacations planned between March 8 and March 19 and who may have been looking forward to visiting.</p><p><br><strong>--</strong></p><p><br><strong>It's Going to be Harder to Get Those Steps at Disney Grand Floridian Resort</strong></p><p><br>As we have reported in the past, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort &amp; Spa is in the midst of a fairly significant refurbishment project, which will see refreshed rooms and an updated main lobby. It's a big project that's lasting well over a year and will now be affecting the walking path between the Grand Floridian and Magic Kingdom Park.
