There are several technologies that are challenging to banking. We talk about those on the front edge so often, it seemed like a good time to check in on where the middle is- How much have banks/ banking adapted to the accelerated technological shifts? How are they using AI, bots, machine learning? Have they been able to utilize their tremendous data to serve customers? And can they implement any of these without implementing all of them?
