Why You Need To Stop Calling Yourself Lazy

<p>Lazy. Stupid. A Loser.<br /> <br /> How many times have you used those words to describe yourself?<br /> <br /> Why are we SO dang mean to ourselves. We speak to ourselves in a way that we would never speak to our friends or our kids.<br /> <br /> And it's got to stop.<br /> <br /> The names and words you use to describe yourself are hurtful. They make long lasting dent into your confidence and soon you believe them. These voices may have come from when you were a kid, society or something you've told yourself forever.<br /> <br /> How about today - we cut it out.<br /> <br /> Replace that negative word with a positive descriptor filled with truth.<br /> <br /> I am powerful.<br /> I am doing my best.<br /> I am incredible.<br /> I am a hard worker.<br /> I may not be where I want to be but I know I can get there.<br /> I deserve joy.<br /> <br /> Take that negative words - the one that you allow to define you and rip it up today.
