Why women are still earning less than men

<p>On average, women earned $26,569 less than men in 2021-22. That means for every $1 a man earned, women earned $0.77. Progress on closing the gender pay gap has stalled according to the latest data from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
