Why some fishermen are refusing to fish for crab

Crab was king in Newfoundland and Labrador last year, but things have taken a turn this season. The Association of Seafood Producers has set the price of snow crab at $2.20 per pound — the lowest price in almost a decade. In response, some crabbers are refusing to set their pots.
