<p>Wow, quite an episode today. A lot of profound thoughts spilling out about simple living. I can&#39;t believe over the last 3 years I&#39;ve formulated thoughts like these but it makes sense because I live and breathe them each day. I hope, without overwhelming, that it inspires you to take action and implement it into your own life. I&#39;m not saying it&#39;s easy, nothing is, but it&#39;s important to do now rather than in 5 or 10 years time. We are not designed to live a life of hell comparing ourselves on social media. We are designed to be at one with ourselves and truly find peace in every day that we live.
