Why is Mom Always the Primary Caregiver?

<p>Sure, we're moms, we love our kids, but does mean we should be considered the primary caregiver? What makes a parent worthy of the title? Why, even in today's modern society, are dads often not seen as the primary caregiver of their children? Back in the day when the mom stayed home and dad went to work, sure, it made sense that she would take on that role.
