Why has stopping the run been such a consistent problem for Nebraska for years?

<p>-Is it all scheme issues? Is it recruiting? Is it development? All of the above? What is the biggest issue?</p><p>-You look at Iowa and Wisconsin and they are consistently good at stopping the run. Nebraska has been in this conference long enough to establish something there…so what’s the biggest reason?
