Why happiness doesn't last for ever

<p>Why good things don't last and living happily ever &nbsp;after never happens. I just returned from an event with 2500 attendees. &nbsp;About a dozen have become friends and we enjoyed our time together. &nbsp;Those moments are very precious to me. I even made a lot of new friends. &nbsp;However, today I am not sad that they are not with me all the time. &nbsp;It's not possible.
