Description

Somewhere there is a balance between being a martyr that takes on doing everything at the expense of our mental and physical health and being selfish, narcissistic and not caring about others.

Where exactly that line is, is hard to say. I asked Estelle Poiré, Glady Baradaran and Craig Leonard why putting ourselves first (not even at the expense of others) often has so much guilt attached to it.

Where do you think the line is and what are your thoughts about the guilt?

To connect with the panelists, please visit their LinkedIn profiles: Glady Baradaran: https://www.linkedin.com/in/glady-baradaran-msc-od-6238071a/ Estelle Poiré: https://www.linkedin.com/in/estellepoire/ Craig Leonard: https://www.linkedin.com/in/craigleonardvt/ Dr Robyn Odegaard: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robynodegaard/

#QuickHits are designed to exercise your brain by letting you listen in on an unscripted conversation to get other people's thoughts on various subjects.
