Why Attributes And Attitude Matter

On this week’s episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Stephen Davies served as guest host while Andy Albright was traveling to talk about why your attributes multiplied by your attitude will determine your performance with The Alliance. <p>Davies lays out a formula that he believes will determine how successful you will be. It starts with your Inborn Attributes combined with your Acquired Attributes. When you take those and multiply them by your Attitude then you determine what your Peformance level will be.</p> <p>When it comes to acquired attributes, Davies focused on five areas. They are: Action Bias, Emotionally Stable, Coaching Seekers, Passionate and Responsibility.
