As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, a lot of attention is focussed on vaccine development. Preliminary results out of Oxford and China look promising, while this week Russia said it would begin mass production of a vaccine, even though the World Health Organisation thinks it's too soon. But when or if a vaccine is approved and ready, how is it going to be handed out? Today on The Signal, we ask which places and people are first in line, and who'll miss out altogether.
