Who’s driving this bus anyway?

We discuss two interesting conversations this week. Both with practitioners that are struggling to find people. Coincidently the firm is also struggling with going paperless and scared to introduce new technology to clients. Unfortunately the pre-Covid excuse of my clients won’t do that just doesn’t fly.
