Who You Gonna Trust? - Episode 240

<p><strong>Who do you trust these days?</strong></p> <p>We asked the question daily.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> We used to trust the news.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> We used to trust politicians that we voted for.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> We used to trust our parents.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> We used to trust teachers.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> We used to trust our neighbors. <span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>I am here to remind you that you can still trust God. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>You can’t trust in your good looks, personal strength or knowledge.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> All of that goes away as we age.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> We get wrinkles, scars, we hurt muscles we get injuries, we start to ache. <span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>But you can trust God. <span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>I hear people complain about the politicians in Washington DC.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> After they get here they change.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> DC is Hollywood for ugly people.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> They are still celebrities.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> Don’t get it twisted they can’t fix anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>But you can still trust God.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like for you to be confident in that whatever God put in you, is still in you.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Your gift, your talent, your art, your power for Good. <span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Phil 1:6 -</strong> <em>For I am</em> <strong>confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Phil 4:13</li> <li>Hebrews 10:35-36</li> <li>Hebrews 6:12</li> <li>1 John 5:14-15</li> <li
