45 years ago Australia's Governor General fired the Prime Minister, and many people have never quite got over it. Yesterday, the ghost of Gough Whitlam's dismissal returned when Sir John Kerr's 211 letters with the Queen’s advisors were finally released. So what did we learn? And has Australia really changed that much since 1975?
