<p>Who is your best friend? I was recently confronted with the idea that &nbsp;"my family is where I feel safe, and my best friends are my family" &nbsp;Well, there are some issues here.&nbsp;&nbsp;This person was afraid to separate from family, and become her own individual. The inability to individuate meant they don't have the skill of being an individual or an adult. &nbsp;Look at your friendships. Great friendships come from solving the natural conflicts that show up.
