Who is included in the Taliban's Afghanistan?

It has been one year since the fall of Kabul. On August 15, 2021, the Taliban captured the capital. By the end of the month, the withdrawal of U.S. troops was complete. In the space of two chaotic weeks, more than a hundred thousand people were evacuated from the country. <em>Morning Edition </em>and <em>Up First</em> host Steve Inskeep recently traveled to Afghanistan to report on how the country has changed for the Afghans who remain.
