Which US States are Doing Enough COVID-19 Tests

<p>Widespread coronavirus testing is key to identify infected people, trace & isolate their contacts, and prevent more waves of COVID-19 infection. The benchmark of how many tests we should do is that positives should be 10% or lower out of the total done.
