OUR CALL TO DUTY: Fear God, worship Him with awe-filled reverence, knowing that He is almighty God and keep His commandments, for this applies to every person! Amen! Do you fear and respect God enough to obey His commandments? Do you love the Lord Jesus Christ enough to obey His commandments? Believe it or not, many in the body of Christ are operating under a pseudo love for God! They show no respect for His Name by continuing to live a life of reckless rebellion, all in the Name of Christ's grace! The Bible teaches, as children of God, we demonstrate true love for Him when we habitually keep His commandments and remain focused on His precepts (study 1 John 5:2-4). And unlike the backsliding lukewarm murmuring and complaining self-professing Christian, who claim that following God's commands are burdensome, we don't find His commandments and His precepts difficult to obey! Not at all! Because we understand the assignment: "...conduct yourselves in [reverent] fear [of Him] and with profound respect for Him throughout the time of your stay on earth" (study 1 Peter 1:14-19). Amen! Beloved, by the Holy Spirit, be not deceived! You cannot, CANNOT, disobey God, trample underfoot the precious blood of Jesus Christ and still think you have a shot at the Kingdom! Let no one deceive you!! We are to live holy, righteous, and godly in this present age, as we await the coming of our risen King, who will judge the inhabited world in righteousness! For He will tell many on the Day of Judgment who claim His Name, but were workers of iniquity, "Depart from me, I never knew you!"
