Today on Billy Joel A to Z we discuss our FINAL Unreleased track in a tune Billy Joel A to Z has decided to call <em>Where Was I</em>.&nbsp;There’s no real actual title to this song, but it’s a beautiful unreleased track circa, 1970, 71.&nbsp;Once again Billy questions, how he's missed out on life at the ripe old age of 20.
