<p>The evacuation process in Afghanistan is still ongoing. If people can get out, many of them are eligible for Special Immigrant Visas to live in the U.S. That means there are ramped-up efforts to find housing for them. Also, Proposition 22, which allowed app-based businesses like Uber and Lyft to classify their workers as independent contractors, was ruled unconstitutional.
