When The Market Is Boring

Bitcoin gains, ETH follows but the rest of the market is bleeding to bitcoin's dominance. I want to see the Alt's kick higher so we don't see the trends fade away. Cryptotraders need to have a finger on the pulse so we know when to trade and when to sit back.
