(David said sing this over yourself) </b></p><ul><li><b>We encourage ourselves through praise by hearing ourselves declare the faithfulness and goodness of God </b></li><li><b>We can’t stay in fear and oppressed and praise at the same time </b></li></ul><p><b>Eph 5:18-19 Don’t get drunk on wine, which leads to wild living. Instead, be filled with the Spirit  19 by reciting psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs for your own good. Sing and make music to the Lord with your hearts </b></p><p><b>Ps 95:2 Let us enter His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him in song<br/></b><br/></p><p><b>2.
