When Mom Has ADHD with The Rev. Ann Kansfield

<p>This week, Emily talks with her old friend, The Rev. <a href="https://greenpointchurch.org/people/rev-ann-kansfield/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ann Kansfield</a>, whose book, "Be the Brave One: Living Your Spiritual Values Out Loud" is out December 14. Ann is a self-described "hyper extrovert" and is the first female <em>and</em> first openly gay <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/03/nyregion/new-york-fire-dept-diversifying-ranks-is-set-to-swear-in-first-lesbian-chaplain.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FDNY chaplain</a>. She was also the very first <em>New York Times</em> New Yorker of the year. Emily and Ann discuss parenting with ADHD, apologizing after a fight, and the surprising place Ann put a refrigerator during lockdown.
