When Home becomes your Office

The Era of Cavid-19 Pandemic has brought in humongous shift in the way people engage, communicate and work. The Covid-19 pandemic has fundamentally shifted the way in which people work. As a result, traditional office jobs may never be the same. The pandemic forced millions of employees to work remotely, and numerous companies have elected to make this move a permanent feature of their business models. This shift has led to a shift in our personal life as well. The balance needed to manage professional and personal life from limited confines of our homes is now posing new set of challenges.
