It is voluntary, free, and offered by your State, so today we are going to check it out. We will discuss the entire process, all the players, and how you can prepare. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">NEWS: I also have exciting news about the re-brand of Need to Know with Dana Jonson.
