What will the future of law enforcement look like for GenZ'ers?

Police officers serve in one of the most criticized and privileged positions in all of society. It is one of the few occupations that permit a person to take a life. They are tasked to serve and protect. However many, especially in black and minority communities are feeling that they need protection from them. The social media age has brought a level of transparency and accountability to the occupation that did not previously exist. GenZ'ers have grown up seeing incident after incident cross their timeline and they want it to stop. On this podcast, an anonymous police officer shares what he sees behind the scenes. He offers his view on what can be done to see the relationship between law enforcement and society improve.
