What the sunrise and being fully present !

<p>Being fully present isn't always that easy. This morning I was driving in and noticed how beautiful the sky was, there were very few clouds, and as the sun was coming up, there was this beautiful orange. You know, we all have experience in seeing that kind of sunrise, and it's just gorgeous; it almost made me want to pull over and stop driving. But I continue to operate and enjoy the moment of being with it. You know, taking the time to enjoy the moment is being fully present. Take time today to enjoy the moment. Slow down, pay attention to what's happening around you, and notice the beauty. I love you.
