If it's your solution, great. If it's not, that's okay too. At least, let them know that and point them in a better direction and help them understand more about their problem."</p><ul><li><i><strong>What Johnny learned from his immigrant parents:</strong> </i>"I learned a lot about work ethic and what working hard really is. What bouncing back from a lot of different adversity and a different time really is.
