Hot off the press from the Court of Appeal, Re H-N and others (children) [2021] EWCA Civ 448 has the potential to redefine (or start to redefine) the way in which the Family Court approaches domestic abuse, particularly more nuanced allegations like coercive and controlling behaviour.
