What is self love and do you have it?

A friend of mine walked in the other and I realize something was off. I picked up on his energy and the language he was speaking. All he saw was the bad things that were going on in his life and associated that to himself as a bad person. In reality, it couldn't be more further from the truth. I showed him what self-love is. Do you have self-love?
