I felt disconnected from mySelf and those around me until one day something clicked. In this episode I dive into my discovery of Reiki and all that it can do for us. Reiki is universal life force energy that we all have a unique connection to. Reiki followed me around since my early 20's but it wasn't until my late 20's that I landed smack dab in my first session and it was life-changing.
