What is happening to office?

<p>Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we look at the office market.</p><p></p><p>There is 243 million square feet of office leases set to expire in 2022.</p><p></p><p>That is 11% of the total office space leased today.</p><p></p><p>The pandemic has changed office space forever. More people have the flexibility to work from home.
